Two weeks. About an hour of your time.

The industry average for a small-business site is four to six weeks and a dozen meetings. Ours is shorter because the decisions are fewer, made once, and made with you in the room.

  1. 01

    One conversation

    20 minutes

We meet - coffee, phone or your counter. You talk about the business; we listen for what the site has to do: be found, take calls, take bookings, sell. You get a fixed price on the spot or by end of day.

  2. 02

    One design direction

    day 3–4

You see a real homepage design with your name on it, not a mood board. Approve it or redirect it once - the price locks when you approve, and so does the launch date.

  3. 03

We build, you run your business

    week 1–2

Copy written with you from one phone call. Photos yours or arranged. Search plumbing, speed and mobile handled without you having to know what any of it means.

  4. 04

Launch and hand over the keys

    day ~14

Domain, hosting, accounts, content - yours, in writing. Most clients move onto a care plan so they never think about the site again; nobody is locked into it.
